If you have an older version of windows operating system, this is a must download app than Snipping tool because Capture ScreenShot lite works even better in older version of windows operating system. If you use snipping tool in older version of windows os you might often experience glitches and bugs. More

Works great until it stops respond to closing it.
Works great until it stops respond to closing it, and when it is open it stays on top of all other apps, which is very annoying when you're not using it. It has to be killed in task manager.
